Health-Kia Kaha

Today we finished our second of our two Kia Kaha sessions with Constable Gordon. She has taught us a lot about the way we talk to people and treat each other, both in person and online.

Cyber bullying is becoming more and more frequent across the world and we learned strategies to deal with this type of bullying which included; screenshot or save any evidence, not replying or deleting and messages and tell someone about it. also if you are bystander help the victim by telling an adult and standing up to the bully.

We are very grateful to have had Constable Gordon in to take us for lessons and we are sure we will   keep learning about anti bullying in the following lessons we have in class.
