Observational Drawing

Today we did some observational drawing, which is drawing what you see.

We armed ourselves with a pencil, a piece of paper, a chair and a magazine, ready to find the best place to draw.

When we had found where we wanted to draw we sat down and got started. We had to use our spatial awareness to scale our view down from the actual size to an A4 piece of paper. This was very challenging.

Koben had a visitor to help with his drawing.

David had a lot of trees to draw.

Ally's drawing was anything but rubbish!!
