Pet profiles

On Tuesday, the 28th of July the Senior Room made pet profiles. We had to write a profile for one of our pets and pretend someone who had no idea how to look after our pet was coming to look after it. Here is what some of them turned out like.  By Brayden Campbell. By Taylor Caulfield.
By Emma jelley.

Girls self defence

On Monday the 29th and Tuesday the 30th of June the year seven and eight girls went to Clutha Valley for a self defence course. Here are some of the favourite things they learnt,
Beth liked the warm up part, Sam liked the physical stuff, Ally enjoyed learning how to break people's noses and groins, Emma liked that the self defence course made her more confident and showed her how to defend herself in an attack and Amy liked all the physical stuff especially the knee kick.

Overall the girls self defence course was great and an awesome opportunity to learn skills to look after ourselves!
